Today, instead of asking, “What else needs to get done?” Try asking: “What can I release?” Release the expectation to respond immediately. Release the pressure to fix someone else’s mood. Release the idea that rest must be earned and not a natural need in this life. Midweek Prompts: • What drained me so far? • What felt aligned? • What needs to wait?
